LBLaura Keyser Brunner is a senior level executive with global experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise includes revenue and profit growth, strategic planning, cross-cultural team building, customer service, and marketing communications.

Ms. Brunner is deeply knowledgeable in designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives and serves as an invaluable advisor to organizations seeking to develop leadership capabilities and advance business success through people. Ms. Brunner has experience in organizational restructuring, employee engagement and sales management programs to enhance the competitiveness of Fortune 500 and public sector clients globally. Ms. Brunner’s international experience spans Asia, Europe, North America, and South America, having supported clients in Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, India, Singapore, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

As President of MainStream Management (“MainStream”), Ms. Brunner has oversight for the major functions of the company including strategy, operations, consulting delivery, product initiatives, marketing, and business development. She is responsible for steering the company towards long-term growth opportunities and extending the company’s market presence.

Prior to joining MainStream, Ms. Brunner was a member of the ESI International, Inc. (“ESI”) executive management team for over 13 years. ESI is a $100M, publicly traded global company that provides project management learning programs. While at ESI, Ms. Brunner created and developed international teams serving commercial and government markets. Ms. Brunner produced multimillion-dollar results with her leadership experience, driving learning programs for clients within the energy, finance, telecommunications, and technology sectors.

In 2008, Ms. Brunner advanced to Senior Vice President of Global Client Services. She was responsible for ESI’s North American client operations, with offices spanning the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. She was directly accountable for a multi-million P&L and nearly 100 customer-facing team members serving commercial and public sector markets. Her responsibilities included oversight of sales program delivery, marketing strategy, call center operations, and consulting services.

From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Brunner served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at ESI. From 1998 to 2004, Ms. Brunner positioned the company for a major sales and marketing expansion as Vice President of Business Development. During that time, she was a key contributor to exponentially growing ESI’s annual revenue through the design of product, marketing and sales strategies.

Prior to joining ESI, Ms. Brunner had a ten year career with AT&T. She was hired by AT&T as an Account Executive of Global Markets and was promoted through the ranks from International Account Executive of Global Markets to Staff Manager of Southeast Global Markets to District Sales Manager of Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. While leading AT&T with $80 million in business market revenue, Ms. Brunner ranked in the Top 1% nationally and was elected to AT&T’s Council of Leaders.

Ms. Brunner earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources in Forestry & Geology from The University of the South. Ms. Brunner completed Executive Education studies in Leadership at Yale University. Ms. Brunner is active in her community, serving as a member of the Board of Advisors of Childhelp and a sponsor of Harmony Outreach.
